Quest Retail Technology is pleased to announce that the Pengrowth Saddledome, home of the Calgary Flames in Canada now houses a completely integrated Quest POS solution..

The Flames made the decision to replace the multiple disparate systems that they have been operating for their Point-Of-Sale functionality with an all encompassing, fully integrated Quest Solution.  The new Quest POS system went live on September 16 when the Flames hosted the Florida Panthers.

Quest Venue Manager Software seamlessly controls the complete point of sale solution at the Pengrowth Saddledome which incorporates a wide variety of Quest POS hardware, used in a variety of applications.  In all, almost 250 terminals have been installed at the arena including:

• V-Touch (touch screen) terminals in 2 Restaurants and 2 Lounges

• VS Versaterm (Membrane keypad) concession terminals into 38 concession stands

• VX Versaterm (Completely Wireless membrane keypads) terminals in 10 portable locations

• Quest Walkabout (wireless Handhelds) into the Avison Young Club for in-seat service

• V-Touch and Suite Catering package for all executive suites 
   

Quest will also be utilized to implement a new loyalty system for season ticket holders, providing added value to the Flames most loyal customers. 

The Pengrowth Saddledome is Calgary's leader for entertainment excitement. Seating over 17,000, it has something for everyone. It's home to the NHL's Calgary Flames, the WHL's Calgary Hitmen. and the NLL's Calgary Roughnecks. It has also played host to big ticket concerts, rodeos, ice shows, circuses, conventions, and more.
