Quest Retail Technology
announces the release of an exciting new addition to their product
suite; Quest MenuBoard.
Quest MenuBoard
is a digital menu display that is seamlessly integrated into Quest
Point of Sale (POS) solutions. The Digital display is
programmed using data stored on the central database. This
ensures that there are no discrepancies between the products and
pricing on display to customers, and those that are stored in the
POS terminal.
Full
motion video, static images, slideshows, colors, font and layout can be
completely customized and displayed in true High Definition resolutions.
Multiple locations can be updated simultaneously from a remote
location, providing customers
with a high level of operational flexibility, and ability to deliver
powerful marketing tools to increase revenue and per cap spend.
Quest MenuBoards have been
installed into the Nokia Theatre L.A. Live; an AEG owned
facility. The added flexibility they provide paid immediate
dividends at the grand opening. Lee Zeidman, Senior VP,
Staples Center/AEG Live stated that "...Levy and AEG can change
items and pricing at will. We can also change the font.
We went to a bigger font that can be read at the back of the line
almost immediately... the menu was also massaged after the grand
opening."
