Quest Speedpoint, a market leading self ordering kiosk has recently been added to two major league venues in the US that operate an existing Quest Point of Sale solution.   St Pete Times Forum, home of the Tampa Bay Lightning, and Petco Park with the resident San Diego Padres have installed Quest Speedpoint to further enhance their guest experience, and generate even greater revenue.

Michael Julius, Quest Engineer, worked closely with St Pete Times Forum, Petco Park and the resident foodservice company Delaware North Companies Sportservice (DNC) to ensure that these new terminals were implemented seamlessly for opening events.  Michael stated ‘it’s exhilarating to be on-site hearing positive feedback from the staff and fans alike when a new product is implemented.  Our in-house engineering team works tirelessly to ensure that new products are added effortlessly to existing Quest sites, without the need for changes to existing back-office or network structures… it is very pleasing to see this happen first hand.’

Speedpoint is an exciting new addition to Quest’s product  offering; extremely effective in Stadiums and Arenas as it has been designed for outlets that experience high traffic, and offer a limited number of items for sale.  Quest has developed an extremely intuitive and powerful user interface, that makes use of text and voice prompts to guide the customer through their purchase process, and enables proprietors to engage suggestive selling techniques.   Speedpoint authenticates and authorizes credit card, gift card or in-house loyalty cards or coupon purchases in an average time of less than 2 seconds. This quick authorization, coupled with fast self-service operation enables customers to be on their way in record time.

Quest Retail Technology is the largest developer and manufacturer of Point of Sale systems in Australia, and a world leader in supplying POS solutions to Stadiums and Arenas.  Quest has over 50,000 terminals installed in more than 20 countries around the world; in a diverse range of applications including Bars, Clubs, Restaurants, Fast Food, Stadiums, Arenas, Convention Centers, Racecourses, Theme Parks, Cinemas and Franchises.
